Apparently Chris makes this face alot so I wanted to get a picture of her doing it. It took a lot of effort, but we finally got one.
She was the biggest smiler. She even rivaled my little girl who smiles at anything!

I use Photoshop CS3, but if you're not planning on professional photography, you can do TONS of stuff on Elements 6.0. I'd start with that and then if you outgrow it you can move up. CS3 is pretty complex and you'd probably have to take classes to fully utilize all it has to offer.
